Shipping
We offer free Next Working Day delivery in the UK for items received before 3pm. Orders placed after 4pm or outside our working hours will be processed the next available business day for immediate dispatch. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 9 to 14 days of us receiving and processing your return. This is the time it takes our provider to process the transaction.
If you need to return an item, please login to your account online by clicking the link on your Order Confirmation email. Select the order and then request a return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order.
