Shipping & Returns


We offer free Next Working Day delivery in the UK for items received before 3pm. Orders placed after 4pm or outside our working hours will be processed the next available business day for immediate dispatch. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

For all other destinations the shipping costs will be added to your order, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, at checkout. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your destination country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and despatched from the UK. 



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 9 to 14 days of us receiving and processing your return. This is the time it takes our provider to process the transaction.

If you need to return an item, please login to your account online by clicking the link on your Order Confirmation email. Select the order and then request a return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order. Alternatively please contact us by email, or by phone 01254 311222, please ask to speak with one of our Bell Brand Managers. Please make sure you have your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
