You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving and processing your return.
If you need to return an item, please login to your account online by clicking the link on your Order Confirmation email. Select the order and then request a return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order. Alternatively please contact us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 01254 311222, please ask to speak with one of our Bell Brand Managers. Please make sure you have your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We offer free Next Working Day delivery in the UK for items received before 2pm.
For all other destinations the shipping costs will be added to your order, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, at checkout. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
